studying the factors affecting the development of electronically human resources management

the purpose of this research was to study the factors affecting the development of electronically human resource management. the research method was survey. the statistical population included all of managers and employees in university of isfahan in 1393. the sample size was 260 people that chosen based on simple sample method. data collection instruments were two questionnaires: the factors affecting the development of e-hrm and development of e-hrm. respectively, the reliability of them estimated 0/973 and 0/884. data has been analyzed by spss 22 using stepwise multiple regression test. the result of analysis showed:organizational and ict human resources factors have significant impact on the development of e-hrm. in addition, in the among of components of organizational factor: top managers, organization communications and organization ict components, in the among of components of environmental factor: socio-cultural and the private sector components, in the among of components of ict human resources factor: developing strategies component and in the among of components of designing e- hrm system factor: information quality and system quality components have significant impact on the development of e-hrm.key words: human resource, development of e-human resource management, factors affecting, information systems
